University students home for the summer and others looking to earn college credit quickly can complete an Illinois Valley Community College pre-summer course in just more than three weeks beginning Monday, May 21.
IVCC’s Summer A session runs May 21 through Tuesday, June 12, and includes courses in art survey, automotive heating and air conditioning, global environment, chemistry, wellness, personal and community health, first aid, physical education activities for elementary school children, psychology, job-seeking skills, sociology, speech, theater and welding.
Additional summer courses will be offered at the Ottawa Center beginning Monday, June 4; main campus eight-week session (Summer B) begins Wednesday, June 13.
