An Ottawa brewery was name-dropped by governor-elect JB Pritzker in his victory speech Tuesday night.
Pritzker referenced Tangled Roots Brewery when discussing his desire to assist those who help others and businesses that bring new jobs.
“Like the entrepreneurs who are trying to remake old businesses into a new economy. From Tangled Roots Brewery to Brown Sugar Bakery, our small business people have a commitment to the communities that they serve,” Pritzker said. “They understand all the things that a job can mean for their employees, and their struggle is the struggle to build an economy for everyone in Illinois.”
Tangled Roots Brewing Company recently announced expansions to La Salle and Lockport with more potentially on the way.
