Linda M. Jenkins, 42, Seneca, was arrested Thursday at Guion Street and Norris Drive on two McHenry County warrants for a violation of order of protection. Jenkins was taken to La Salle County Jail.
Alcohol was reported taken from a business at 402 N. Bloomington St.
La Salle County
Robin Cooley, 48, Long Point, was arrested 7:49 a.m. Wednesday at East 15th and North 1450th roads on complaints of driving while license suspended and going 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. Cooley was released with a court date.
Ottawa firefighters responded at 11:28 a.m. Thursday to the 200 block of West Jefferson Street to clean up fluid leaking from a vehicle in the area of a gas tank.
Ottawa firefighters responded at 1:09 p.m. Thursday to 4103 Holiday Lane for an odor investigation. A leaking bottle of liquid camping fuel was found and disposed.
Ottawa River Rescue
The Ottawa River Rescue Squad responded at 7:30 p.m. Thursday for a report of a boat in distress. The boat was towed to the docks on the Fox River. No injuries were reported.
