Reddick Public Library in Ottawa will celebrate winter with a variety of programs this week starting Tuesday:
• Winter Wonderland, 10:30 to 11:15 am. Tuesday, Dec. 3: Children 3 to 6 years old will celebrate all that is wonderful and magical about winter during story time.
• Ottawa High School Jazz Choir, 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3: The choir will be singing holiday favorites in a free concert.
• Welcome Winter, 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4: Children ages 6 months to 3 years old can celebrate the season at this story time. Participants will listen to stories, dance and make a craft.
• Kidding Around: Winter Crafts, 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4: Children in kindergarten through third grade can make one or all of the fun crafts.
• Movie Night, 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5: Students in seventh through 12th grades can view "Spider-Man: Far From Home." It is rated PG-13 with a running time of 129 minutes.
• Fine Free Friday, all day Friday, Dec. 6: Patrons can bring their overdue materials and the library will waive the fines on everything but Hotspots.
